What is the Barn Meeting Space cancellation policy?
If a booking is canceled within three days of the scheduled rental, a full refund is available. However, if a booking was made a week or less out there are no refunds.
Do I need to have insurance?
We will need to certificates of insurance for gatherings over 20 where alcohol will be served, or any group over 35 in general.

How do I use the Internet/wifi?
There are two possible wifi options– MotiveSpace-2.4 and MotiveSpace-5. The first is best for PC’s, and he latter is better for MACs. The password for the wifi is nonprofitrocks.
How will I access the building?
Once your reservation is booked you will be given a code that buzzes you into the building. If your meeting is outside of usual office hours we will also coordinate to ensure you know the location of a hidden key that opens the suite door.
What door should I use to access the space?
There are two doors leading to suite 303. Once is the primary suite door, and one (to it’s left) is labeled “Barn Meeting Space.” Please use the door labeled Barn Meeting Space to avoid disruption to other tenants. If you’d like additional privacy, you are welcome to close the french doors inside the meeting space.
How do I access and use the loading dock?
The building’s loading dock is locating on NW 6th between Flanders and Glisan. Once you’re inside the Barn, it is located through the door directly across from the elevator. Control the loading dock door by using the panel located on the back wall of the loading doc. It has three buttons labeled “Open” “Close” and “Stop.” Unless you’re moving in, please make every attempt to use the loading doc for no more than 15 minutes. Keep the door closed when possible, and make sure the door is closed if you are not staying with your truck or car. Please note: to fit in the loading doc your truck must be no larger than 11′-6″ tall, 13′-0″ wide, and 19′-0″ long.
Where do I get rid of trash and recycling?
If you generate more trash or recycling than can fit in the bins upstairs, take it to the first floor loading doc trash cans directly across from the elevators. Please sort accordingly.
What are the elevator dimensions?

Where is the nearest public parking? What are the rates?
Street parking is typically easy to find around the building. There is also a secure parking garage on the same block of the building, with an entrance between Broadway and 6th on Flanders. Here are the details:

What public transit is available nearby?
The Barn is located on the Green, Orange and Yellow lines of the MAX. The northbound stop is at Union Station/NW 6th & Hoyt. The southbound stop is located on Union Station/NW 5th & Glisan. Bus lines 9, 33, 44 stop at NW 6th and Flanders; Bus lines 4, 8, 16, 35, 43, 44, 77 stop at NW Everett and 5th; Bus line 17 stops at NW Broadway and Irving.
Where is there secure bike parking?
Several racks are located along the north and south walls of the raised area in the loading dock.
Where are the bathrooms? How do I open them?
The bathrooms are located at the opposite end of the hall, past the elevator. There are two restrooms that require the use of the key. The key is attached to a measuring tape that is left on the coffee pot.
