How can MotiveSpace help Builders?

MotiveSpace is always seeking architects, contractors, and developers to serve key roles on our project teams. MotiveSpace works with a broad representation of Portland’s nonprofit and mission-driven community; depending on the timing of other projects we do not always have the capacity to meet every need in-house.

For developers with projects underway, MotiveSpace can also partner to boost the community-benefit component of the project, and recruit residents/tenants early on. By working with a community development team to manage resident recruitment, builders can create a dedicated group of tenants and a stronger project overall.
