MotiveSpace is committed to providing neighbors with more ways to help build the future of their city. The primary ways we do that include:
- Low cost development, design, and building-related services for community-benefit projects. Neighbors often have the best ideas for how to improve their community, but don’t always have the skills, resources, or capacity to proceed. MotiveSpace can work with a person or a group of people committed to improving their neighborhood, providing them with the support needed to bring the project to fruition.
- Flexible Internships/Volunteer Opportunities. MotiveSpace is always looking for support for existing project teams. We are currently working on a large Nonprofit Support Center project, and a low-income housing community for Creative Elders.
