Organizations that have received services through MotiveSpace:
- The Barn: A Portland-Raised Building is a Nonprofit Center being sponsored by MotiveSpace with an anticipated opening in Portland's Central Eastside in early 2015. Upon completion the Barn will house as many as 30 nonprofits, and unlike traditional office buildings will reinvest its net revenue into support programs benefiting tenants. - Tryon Life's Mother Earth School. MotiveSpace helped the staff at the Mother Earth School develop the budget projections and fund-raising targets which would allow them to acquire the land needed for an expansion of their existing school. - Hatch is a 34,000 square foot building dedicated to supporting social entrepreneurs with office and workshop facilities, as well as the resources and tools they need to become effective problem solvers. Springboard Innovation hired MotiveSpace early on in the project to assist in concept, budget and partnership development; they are currently well underway on their capital campaign.
- Collective Agency hired MotiveSpace to review their lease documents and to provide strategic counsel regarding terms.
